Our pricing structure - like everything else - is simple.
- We charge a once off set up fee for the software. This cost varies depending on the amount of customization your hotel requires. This fee includes initial site visits where the exact requirements for your hotel are agreed, full implementation of the system (takes 10 working days or less), first years hosting for the system, training, and technical support. It is, in most cases possible to give an accurate quote over the phone or via email, having established a few basic facts. - 'At the beginning of year 2 an annual software license fee is paid. This is nominal fee and again depends on several factors. This fee covers guaranteed up-grade, full technical support, maintenance and hosting for year 2.
